IN VIVO HUMAN TESTING

Currently a protocol is being developed for a human clinical trial where the MBP will be implanted in order to treat patients with leptomeningeal carcinomatosis. The medication delivery amounts and schedule are based on a published regimen which is currently performed via manual bolus injections. By following a published regimen, the efficacy of treatment using the MBP can be clearly validated.
