Steve C. Jensen from has been retained to handle all of PKC’s intellectual property matters. He will be in charge of PKC patent filings and patent protection, and will serve as PKC’s liaison with the United States Patent and Trademarks Office.


Steve Jensen is considered among the handful youngest and most bright and accomplished IP attorney in the nation. Among Steve’s accomplishment is the case that received national media attention for, a $265 Million infringement case that Steve’s won for Masimo again Nellcor, a division of Tyco Healthcare. Stephen C. Jensen is a partner in KMOB Orange County office. Mr. Jensen’s practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation, negotiation, licensing and strategic counseling matters. He has handled extensive and diverse cases, involving virtually all aspects of intellectual property, and has negotiated and drafted diverse license and other technology related agreements between companies worldwide. Mr. Jensen represents clients in a wide range of technologies, such as medical devices and instrumentation, semiconductors, computer hardware and software, complex digital signal processing, telecommunications including wireless, antennas, video and audio processing, optics, solid state cooling and heating, control systems, and other areas. In 2003, he was named by the Daily Journal as one of the top 20 lawyers fewer than 40 in California.
