Lili Xie, Ph.D., brings to PKC many years of experience in corporate finance, banking, financial regulation, and micro and macroeconomics.  She is expected to support the company’s efforts to sustain a sound financial platform and to facilitate the PKC’s transformation from a development-stage company to a strong and growing commercial enterprise. As a lecturer at the University of California, San Diego, she has taught subjects that include enterprise finance, monetary policy, microeconomics, and macroeconomics. She has also worked on small business finance, financial regulation, bank mergers and acquisitions, accrual accounting, earnings announcements, and asset valuation while she was an assistant professor in the Miller School of Business at Ball State University and a researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Dr. Xie has a Ph.D. in Economics and M.S. Degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
