Biography
Daniel Saks supports and is responsible for a significant portion of the strategic and corporate communications of PKC. Mr. Saks recently joined PKC and is facilitating communications with new shareholders and third parties who are increasingly critical to future corporate development. He is also responsible for upgrading and development of corporate materials and written communications of PKC, reflecting the heightened visibility and stature of the company. Mr. Saks has an extensive background in the field of healthcare communications and management. He served from 1993 to 2001 as Managing Partner of the Financial Relations Board, a major national corporate communications agency, and was Founder and Co-Chairman of the Biotechnology Roundtable of The National Investor Relations Institute. Prior to joining Magnetecs, he was Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications at multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, Taro Pharmaceuticals and Abraxis BioScience. Early in his career, he also served in the field of diplomacy as a speechwriter for the Israel Mission to the United Nations.
